We have been to Dorset again - oh I do love Dorset.
Calamity Jane (our caravan!!) was mighty snug. Thank goodness. The days were warm but the evenings had a September nip in the air. But the caravan was so warm and snug. We slept late most mornings; we were so warm and there was no alarm clock beckoning. We had visits out and coastal walks and lots of picnics on the shore. We talked loads and read and I crocheted - even in the car travelling down!
We have closed up Calamity Jane now for the Winter - drained all the water - brought home all the bedding and tinned and dried foods. I guess Easter will be our next trip - God willing :)
It has been a lovely Summer of caravanning and I said to Steve today that it was a brilliant idea (of his) to leave the caravan on a teeny tiny dairy farm in the Dorset countryside near the shore.
I hope you are all well.
